Annual Parish Meeting

The Annual Parish Meeting provides the opportunity for residents to meet representatives from the different groups and organisations in the parish and to ask questions about their work and activities over the past 12 months and also about their future plans.

The informal events, hosted by the Parish Council, are held in the Pavilion, Charlwood, and it is encouraging to see new and old residents attending in increasing numbers under the new format. New chair person Lisa Scott introduces presentations by groups such as Save West Of Ifield group, Metobus and the River Mole River Watch group. There are also presentations from Inspector James Green, the new Mole Valley borough commander.

There was agreement that all presentations were valuable and informative.

Local organisations supply annual reports and these were available to be read on the night. They are attached below for the benefit of those who were not able to attend.
