Charlwood Parish Council Meetings take place every month with the exception of August and December. Meetings are held either in Charlwood (at the Pavilion), in Hookwood (at the Memorial Hall) although alternative locations may be trialed from time to time. Note, minutes from the Planning meetings are published as an addendum to the following full council meeting. Future meetings are scheduled as follows:      

The next meeting of the Parish Council will be held on Monday 14 April 2025 starting at 8pm in Hookwood Memorial Hall. The Minutes are normally published within 30 days following a meeting.
