An extraordinary meeting of the Parish Council will be held on Friday (9th) in the Charlwood Pavilion at 7pm. It is to consider the process for the planning committee to respond to the proposal by Rydon Homes for 446 new homes on a site to the west of Reigate Road in Hookwood; to consider three quotations for the playground refurbishment in Hookwood and to decide on a date for interviews with the candidates interested in filling the two Parish Councillor vacancies.
