Development on land West of Reigate Road- Planning Ref No: MO/2023/1125 - UPDATE

Charlwood Parish Council has been notified that the Public Inquiry relating to the above-mentioned site is to be convened by The Planning Inspectorate on 14 May 2024 at 10.00am in The Council Chamber, Pippbrook Council Offices, Dorking, RH4 1SJ.
The Inquiry will be an In Person event. The Inquiry is a public event and anyone with an interest in the above is free to attend.
Seating will be on a first come first served basis in the upstairs Gallery.

The inspector appointed for the inquiry is Yvonne Wright BSc (Hons) DipTP MSC DMA. At the Inspector’s discretion attendees may be able to give their views.

Parking is available at the Pay and Display Car Park sited behind the Dorking Sports Centre.

Please enter the Council Chamber off the Reigate Road – opposite the Sports Centre and not the normal entrance for the public on the lower ground floor. There is easy access for the disabled and a loop system for the hard of hearing.
